Elisabeth professional background is in the care of the elderly. After arriving in England in her early twenty’s from her native Sweden, she continued in that field which led to her being a partner in 2 care homes

Elisabeth has had an interest in Reflexology and healing since her early teens. When, in her early 30’s, a serious illness struck she realised that life is short and one thing that is important in life is to do something you enjoy. This realisation led her back to her past interest to qualify as a reflexologist and healer in 1996.

Through her journey she has developed a deeper spiritual understanding and alternative perspective of how to live in a happy and peaceful way. 

In her career Elisabeth has inspired and helped many through difficulties and showed them a path of happiness, confidence and awareness.

Elisabeth believes complementary therapy can play a bigger part in today’s medical profession and business organisations, for that reason she has been and continues to be involved in various therapy organisations to help spread awareness of an alternative way to health and wellbeing for individuals and businesses.

After qualifying as a Complementary Therapy Tutor, Elisabeth and her business partner Katie have been running various training courses, fund raising events and workshops. For more informaton go to the Lumera tab on this website.
